How are payments processed?

Payments for orders made through our Etsy Site are securely processed by Etsy or PayPal, depending on the option you choose!  Don't have a PayPal account?  No problem!  You can set one up during check-out, or enter your credit card information without an account if you choose.

Team Russcher does not receive copies of your credit card information from Etsy or PayPal, nor can we be held responsible for issues resulting from the use of Etsy or PayPal's services.  For more questions, please see PayPal's website.

When will my item ship?

As of 8/1/2017 our current processing time for custom orders is 2-3 weeks from the time of order - this includes anything not clearly marked as "Ready to Ship."  Please contact us for a status update on your order.

Orders are shipped USPS First Class unless other arrangements are made.  Please refer to your shipping notice for your tracking number.

For more information on shipping, please see our Shop Policies.

What is your return policy?

Returns accepted for manufacturing defects in unused items only.  I will not not be able to accept used items for returns.

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for items ordered in an incorrect size.

View our Refund Policy, Refund Procedure, and Cancellation Policy in detail on our Shop Policies page.

Hey wait - where are the G-Tube Products?

It has come to our attention that the sale of G-tube pads and belts are regulated by the FDA as "medical devices" and can not be sold without proper registration and a costly annual fee. Although we do not agree with this decision, we are a family of integrity and will not sell these products without being fully compliant with the law. We appreciate your understanding.

Should I wash my item before using it?

Cozy by Team Russcher:  Fabrics have been prewashed in a fragrance free detergent before sewing to help minimize shrinkage.  Products are ready-to-wear, but can be washed if you prefer.

Special Needs Products and Breast Pads:  Yes, we recommend it.  Prewashing will remove excess ink from the fabric dying process.

How long will a cooler keep my formula or blend cool?

We have successfully ran an 8 hour continuous feed on a vacation to Disney without a problem!  But there are a lot of factors that play a part in keeping formula cold.  First, make sure you have a decent sized ice pack - the bigger the pack the longer you can go without changing ice.  Second, hot days require more frequent ice changes!  Finally, if you can start with cold formula, or at least cool formula, your ice will not have to work as hard to get the temperature down.

We recommend you check your formula and ice at least every 2 hours until you know how long your cooler will keep it cold!  And of course, never feed spoiled or expired formulas!

Does cold formula cause an upset stomach?

There are usually several minutes between when the formula leaves the cooler and makes it to the end of the extension tubing, which gives it plenty of time to take a lot of the chill from the ice off.  There is little difference between cold formula fed through a tube and cold water taken orally.

There's ink on my item!  Is it permanent?

We use Crayola Ultra-Clean Washable Markers to mark cut lines on some of our products.  Usually most of this is cut off, but occasionally you may notice a little on the edge of an item.  Rest assured that it should wash right out!

My snaps are stiff!  What can I do to fix them?

New plastic snaps need to be worked a little bit when they are new to loosen up - this is normal!

My embroidered item is fraying!  How can I fix it?

We do our best to trim our embroidered goodies as close to the stitching as possible, but you may notice a little fraying the first time you wash or wear our pads.  Use your fingers to stand the threads on end and give them a little haircut, being very careful not to cut too close to the stitching.

Do you provide free or discounted products?

We are unable to take donation requests from individuals at this time.

Do you sell patterns for your items?

Yes!  Please visit teamrusscher.etsy.com to purchase patterns for some of our most popular products!

Why are there affiliate links on your blog?

After careful thought we've decided to become an Amazon Affiliate, which means we may receive a small commission from Amazon from purchases made through Amazon links on our blog.  Why did we choose to do this?  Really there are two reasons.  First, we wanted to provide easily accessible links for products listed in our blog so that our readers do not need to search for them.  We understand that time is one thing a Tubie Family can never have enough of, so we want to make sure you find the exact product we are talking about.  Please use the links we provide as part of your price-comparison research if you do not wish to purchase through Amazon. And second, we strongly desire to keep the cost of our Tubie Accessories down. Commissions received from affiliate links help us to upgrade our machinery and pays for scheduled maintenance!

Please know that we aim to keep affiliate links RELEVANT to our business and customers and will keep them clearly marked.  If you should have a concern about any links featured on our blog please contact us!
